I. Vocabulary (词汇)
Affirmative (肯定句): I/You/We/They + base form of the verb (动词原形); He/She/It + base form of the verb + -s/-es
Negative (否定句): I/You/We/They + do not (don't) + base form of the verb; He/She/It + does not (doesn't) + base form of the verb
Interrogative (疑问句): Do + I/You/We/They + base form of the verb?; Does + He/She/It + base form of the verb?
Structure (结构):
Expressing habitual actions (表达习惯性动作): I go to school at 7:30 every day.
Expressing general truths (表达普遍真理): The sun rises in the east.
Expressing permanent situations (表达永久性状态): I live in Beijing.
Usage (用法):

A. Present Simple (一般现在时):

Asking (询问): What time is it? / What's the time?
Telling (表达): It's ... o'clock. / It's half past ... / It's quarter past ... / It's quarter to ...
Example: It's 8 o'clock. / It's half past nine. / It's quarter past ten. / It's quarter to eleven.

B. Asking and Telling Time (询问和表达时间):

Position (位置): Usually before the main verb, but after the verb "to be" (通常位于实义动词前,系动词后)
Examples: I always get up early. / He is often late. / They never watch TV in the morning.
